Maritime provinces

My husband and I are leaving May 1st (from BC) for a trip across Canada. We plan to take 2 weeks to get to Ottawa and then visit Quebec City, travel along the northern shore of the St Lawrence and cross into eastern Quebec south of the river wherever a ferry is running that early in the season. (this will take another week?) We have to be back in Ottawa for Canada Day. We have been to Nova Scotia (Cabot Trail, Louisburg, Halifax, Lunenburg, Peggy's Cove) and been to St Johns NL and the Avalon peninsula and visited the Hopewell Rocks as well (all this some 20 years ago!) Our main focus is to see western Newfoundland and (small part of) Labrador (Icebergs) planning 2 weeks at least In NL & L. Looking for advise to see as much of the remaining Maritimes, including PEI in the remaining approximately 4 weeks. In NB Pays de la Sagoine seems interesting, and Alma and theBay of Fundy (have seen the Hopewell Rocks), Shediac, Hartland. Problem is that some things don't open until late June (like some of the ferries across the St Lawrence, Pays de la Sagoine.....etcetc. had considered going through Maine etc back to Ottawa, but may have to travel from Quebec to Sydney to catch ferry to NL via interior of NB, Bay of Fundy and PEI and hit coastal NB and the other shore of the St Lawrence on the way back to Ottawa. Suggestions please, how to see the most of our beautiful country in the given time. We travel in a truck camper and like to drive on average 4hrs/day!
